• NETIS OAP 300BPS

The Netis OAP300 is an outdoor wireless access point designed to provide internet connectivity in wide outdoor areas such as schools, parking spaces, and campuses. It operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency using IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standards and can deliver speeds of up to 300 Mbps. Equipped with 2×2 MIMO technology and two 5 dBi external antennas, it is capable of supporting more than 80 connected devices simultaneously while maintaining stable signal coverage.

This device uses Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing both power and data to be transmitted through a single Ethernet cable up to 100 meters, making installation simple and flexible. It is built with an IP66-rated waterproof and dustproof enclosure, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh outdoor environments with temperatures ranging from -10°C to 65°C.

The Netis OAP300 is commonly used for extending WiFi coverage outdoors, connecting CCTV systems, and providing internet access in public or semi-public areas. It includes security features such as WPA/WPA2 encryption, multiple SSID support, and bandwidth control to manage network usage effectively.

However, it only supports the 2.4 GHz band and has 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, which may limit performance for high-speed internet connections. Despite these limitations, it remains a cost-effective and practical solution for basic to moderate outdoor networking needs.
